输送汽油用大排量齿轮泵转子型线的研究

本文分析了日本进口３０００吨油轮所用ＣＧＬ－２００型输油泵的转子型线，得出了齿廓型线方程及参数。但通过齿面传动性能分析，发现存在齿面磨损的缺陷，而且在超过限定工作时数后，泵轴会发生断折。因此，本文提出了一种具有新型齿廓型线的泵，该果既保持了ＣＧＬ－２００型泵的优点，又克服了齿面磨损及泵轴断折的缺陷，是一种可用于输送汽油的理想泵型。

Research on the Tooth Profiles of Large Displacement Gear Pumps used to Transfer Gasoline

In this paper,the tooth profile of the oil transfer pump CGL-200 used on the 3000T tanker imported from Japan is analysed,and the profile equations and all parameters have been obtained.But after the analysis of tooth transmission property,it is found that the tooth surface was easy to be worn out and the axle would be ruptured after the limited working hours,though it had a lot of advantages,so a pump with new tooth profiles is designed.The new pump not only had the advantages of the pump CGL-200,but also overcame the faults of tooth surface wear and axle rupture.It is an ideal pump used to transfer gasoline.
