| 摘 要： | 通过对世界主流消防社会抢险救援体系的比较 ,对社会抢险救援体系各个组成部分进行分述 ,分析指出了社会抢险救援体系的共性和差异 ,论述了消防社会抢险救援体系的构成要素和建立抢险救援体系的必要性和遵循的原则 ,并结合我国国情特点 ,提出构建我国消防社会抢险救援体系的设想

| Abstract: | By comparison among the main societal rescue systems of fire preventions in the world, the parts composed of the systems are stated in details. Their commonness and difference are analyzed. The basic elements and principles of the societal rescue system of fire prevention are brought forward. The building of the societal rescue system of fire prevention in our country is reasonably assumed by combination of Chinese characteristics. |
