| Abstract: | The paper firstly analyzes the adverse selectio n of enterprise, then from the point of payment design, it puts forward a kind of feasible and enforceable mechanism which is beneficial to cure the adverse selec tion of enterprise .The mechanism put forward by the paper has a guiding meaning for the military authority. |
