| Abstract: | The regulations in the Tort Liability Law concerning environment tort are rether simple and unfair. To protect human fights and the environment, this article, from the aspects of theoretical and practical development of environmental tort ,elaborates on the issue of construction of China＇s environmental public interest ligitation system so as to benefit certain legislative and judicial practices of China＇s environment tort. |
