| 摘 要： | 国务院下发的《关于进一步加强消防工作的意见》是做好消防工作的纲领性文件,是新时期消防工作的动力源泉。分析了现阶段消防工作存在的问题。从推动消防工作管理机制由单一分散向综合协调转变,促进全社会防控火灾的能力由弱向强转变,实现消防工作政策由包打一片向逐个突破转变,确保重大火灾隐患排查整治效果由短期向长远转变等四个方面论述了新时期消防工作的对策措施。

| Abstract: | Suggestions to Further Strengthening Fire Prevention issued by the State Council is a guideline for fire prevention work in China.This paper analyzes the current problems concerning fire prevention work and explains measures to solve these problems in terms of strengthening social capacity to prevent fires,focusing on respective unit's fire prevention ability,long-term fire prevention planning. |
