| Abstract: | Since entering WTO, China police have encountered a new round of challenges, as an enforcement party, it badly demands that police officers try avoiding violating human rights in the procedure of their regular law enforcement activities. On the other hand, the abuse of human rights protection may as well hinder the normal policing. This article attempt to analyze the possible problems emerging from under the above-mentioned circumstances, and comes up with a solution. It aims to help police officers carry a sense of human rights protection while on duty. |
