船用三层组合外套液压联轴器最优分层分析

摘    要:
液压联轴器外套采用多层筒组合式外套可提高液压联轴器的弹性极限承载能力.文中对液压联轴器不同材料双层组合式外套和同种材料3层组合式外套进行了分析,确定了双层和3层外套分层界面的最佳半径.结果表明,3层外套的弹性极限承载能力比单层外套的弹性极限承载能力提高了31.4%;3层外套的弹性极限承载能力比双层外套的弹性极限承载能力提高了7.4%.

Abstract:
Using multi-layer assembled out sleeve can increase the utmost load carrying capability of a hydraulic pressure sleeve coupling.The optimized designing of double layer assembled out sleeve with the identical material and three layer assembled out sleeve with different materials of hydraulic pressure sleeve coupling has been presented.The best radius of the interface between the layers has been determined.The calculated result indicates that as compared with a single layer sleeve,the load carrying capability of a double layer assembled out sleeve of hydraulic pressure sleeve coupling has been increased by 20%.
