| Abstract: | CAPF jury system is an important component of the people＇s jury system. It is the military jus- tice system democratization＇s important reflect. This article focuses on the current CAPF jury trial participation work status, rights and obligations. It also exposes the CAPF jury system defects at the present stage and puts forward the perfect conception. |
