| Abstract: | Instructions of postgraduate tutors of military studies have such problems as less sense of re- sponsibility, limitation of usual instruction, incapable of instruction, bad team work and lack of relative poli- cies. Effective measures should be taken to inspire teachers＇ passion, to improve teachers＇ research and in- structive ability and performance teachers＇ team functions. |
