| 摘 要： | 社会情绪源于社会矛盾,也对社会矛盾产生反作用。社会情绪分为积极社会情绪和消极社会情绪,消极社会情绪以两种方式反作用于社会,造成极大的负面作用,目前迫切需要建立起多层次、全方位的社会情绪疏导机制,实现消极社会情绪向积极社会情绪的转变,推动整个社会的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Public mood occurs due to social contradictions,and simultaneously,it reacts to these contradictions.Negative mood acts to society in two different ways,influences the society negatively and strongly,so we must set about building up an all-round useful mood adjustment system now.In this new system,negative mood would be transformed into positive one,which will contribute to the harmonious social development. |
