组织冲突及其管理

摘    要:组织冲突是指组织内部成员之间、不同部门之间、个人与组织之间由于在工作方式、利益、性格、文化价值观等方面的差异而引起的彼此相抵触、争执甚至攻击等行为对立状态。引起冲突的原因是多方面的,有来自个人的,也有源于组织结构的。从冲突导致的后果来考察,可分为建设性冲突和破坏性冲突;从冲突发生的组织层次水平来看,有非正式组织与正式组织之间、直线主管人员与参谋以及委员会内部成员之间的冲突。要有效地管理冲突,首先要树立正确的观念,然后对冲突进行适当的诊断,最后有针对性地选择妥善的管理策略。

Abstract:Conflict is the opposite state of interfere, dissension, and attack between members, departments, individual and department because of differences in working manner, benefit, character, culture. This study reports that the causes of organization conflict are various, some conflicts are from individuals, the other are from organization. Among organization conflicts, some are constructive, the other are destructive according its aftereffects. There are three main types of conflicts-conflicts between formal organization and informal organization, beeb'ne and brainman, members in committee. In the end, the study suggest that in order to manage organization conflicts effectively, manager should build up correct conception at first, then diagnose the conflicts, and finally, choice proper conflict manage strategy pertinently.
