| 摘 要： | 从福建长乐“1·31”拉丁酒吧重大亡人火灾事故调查入手，分析了该火灾的特点以及酿成群死群伤事故的灾害成因，并从健全部门依法监管的消防执法联动制约机制，关注建筑材料的防火性能，重视、改革大火后的消防宣传工作方向，正视学校消防安全教育的问题，重视提高消防监督执法队伍素质等五个方面对当前消防工作提出建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of the fire disaster happened in Changle Bar in Fujian Province and offers some suggestions in terms of joint operation of the enforcement of fire laws, the fire prevention performance of building materials, fire prevention education and the improvement of the quality of the personnel of fire law enforcement. |
