| 摘 要： | 对在挫折情境下军人不良的心理状态，应分析不良的心理表现，并给出应对策略。在心理学的视角下，从正确认识挫折、寻求社会支持、提高适应能力和军人情商的途径四个方面，对挫折情境下军人不良心理表现提出四点启示。

| Abstract: | Based on the research of the servicemen's negative psychological performance,and the analysis of them,this paper puts forward some strategies.From the psychological point of view,and from the understanding of these performances,this paper suggests four points:being awareness of these setbacks,gaining the support of the society,enhancing adaptiveness and the serviceman passionate quotient. |
