商用厨房火灾危险性评价及对策研究

摘    要:火灾危险性评价是开展消防监督检查的有效方法之一。基于此,采用模糊层次分析法对商用厨房的火灾风险进行评价,并应用于具体的商用厨房火灾风险评估中。根据所得结论,提出预防商用厨房火灾的合理化建议。

Abstract:Fire risk assessment is one of the effective methods to carry out the fire supervision and inspection work.This paper uses a fire risk analysis and evaluation with Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP) method for commercial kitchens,and establishes an evaluation index system which is appropriate for the actual situation applied to the fire risk assessment of commercial kitchens.According to the conclusions,some fire prevention countermeasures of commercial kitchens are put forward.
