| Abstract: | The influx of refugees into border areas occur occasionally and it poses great threats to the stability of border areas. This paper analyzes and explains the characteristics of this influx and makes a study of handling this influx, and suggests some ways of controlling the large influx of inhabitants into border areas in China at the different stages. |
