| Abstract: | The basic quality of the network editor has a direct impact on the media, so the network must establish a high degree of editorial responsibility, a strong sense of quality goods. An editor also should has a high attainments in the political self- cultivation, theoretical knowledge, professional standards, languages as well as a strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of awareness of the completion of editing. |
