摘    要:针对要地防空指挥决策体系结构开展研究。首先,对战术单位级指挥决策功能进行分析,并给出防空指挥决策功能结构;引入多Agent系统概念定义TCA、FCA、OA三类作战智能体,建立基于多Agent的指挥决策模型并设计给出FCA的详细结构,结合集中式和分布式指挥决策体系的优点,提出有限集中指挥下的火力单元协同决策体系结构;最后,采用NetLogo平台设计实现指挥决策体系拓扑结构,验证了所建立体系结构的可行性。

Command and Decision Architecture of Key P ositions Air-defense Based on Multi-Agent
Abstract:Command and decision architecture of key positions air?defense is studied. Firstly, command and decision func?tion of tactical level is analyzed, function structure of air?defense command and decision is given. MAS theory is introduced to define TCA, FCA and OA, then command and decision model based on multi?agent is built, especially the detailed struc?ture of FCA, combined advantage of command and decision architecture under centralized and distributed, the fire unit col?laborative decision under limited centralized command is proposed. Finally, the network topology of architecture is designed in NetLogo to prove the feasibility of architecture.
