摘    要:应用AMESim软件对某型履带车辆液压助力变速系统建立仿真模型,调整系统中部分参数为模型注入故障信息,对系统进行了故障仿真,获得了系统异常动态特性与系统元件故障之间的联系,为该系统的故障诊断提供了参考依据。结果证明该仿真模型可模拟实际系统的故障响应。

Abstract:Most tracked vehicle underpans use the hydraulic power shift gear system, but the diagnosis and resolution for the hydraulic system is very difficult. This paper explains its theory and builds up its mathematic model by use of a software whose name is AMESim. Some parameters are adjusted and malfunctions are simulated. The simulation results can simulate malfunctions of the system.
