| Abstract: | A design for universal Communication Monolithic Equipment test system based on VXI bus is introduced in the paper; the kind of hardware frame and the connection of the ATS are discussed. The paper puts emphasis on the using of Visual Instruments in ATS, and the universal Communication Monolithic Equipment ATS software system is also depicted in detail. |
