| 摘 要： | 为了解决某型导弹测控设备的单板检测问题,基于通用ATS平台,针对某型导弹发控设备的电路板测试原理进行了电路仿真,确定了测试策略,开发了检测适配器与软件,并完成了测试验证。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the testing problem of boards in one kind of apparatus's control device,the emulation of the circuits is made according to the testing elements of a missile firing equipment based on common ATS Architechture,and then the test strategy is ascertained.The test adapter and software is developed.Finally,the hardware and software of this project has been used in actual testing,and the result proves the validity of the system. |
