聚合物表面静电性能的离子束改性

摘    要:用150Kev的Ar~-离于在中等剂量F辐照特种聚氯乙烯(RPVC)和有机玻璃(PMMA),能使材料表层静电特性得到显著改变。在相同条件下,摩擦起电量从1.24nc/cm~2下降到0.02nc/cm~2以下,起电电位从800~1000V下降到0~50V,静电半衰期从数小时降到1秒以下,表面电阻率下降四个数量级以上。适当选择注入条件,能够产生具有抗静电特性的新材料。本文讨论了改性机理和测试问题。

Abstract:When polyvinyl chloride(PVC)and polymethylmethacxylate(PMMA)is ir- radiated by an ion beam, at medium doses of 150 Kev Ar+ ions, the surface electro- static properties of this polymer will be dramatically changed. The triboelectri- fication charge can be decreased from 1.24nc/cm~2 to 0.02nc/cm~2 or less, elec- tro static potential of electrification decreased from 800-1000V to 0-50V, the half value time of charge decreases from a few hours to less than 1 s, the sur- face resistivity drops down four orders of magnitude. Under proper conditions, anti-static new materials may be produced.
