| 摘 要： | 将科学范式的思想引入装备保障训练变革研究中，提出了装备保障训练范式的概念，分析了信息化条件下装备保障训练范式的主要特征，基于自组织进化理论设计了装备保障训练范式的变革路径．研究成果为开展信息化条件下装备保障训练变革理论研究和实践提供了方法指导．
