| 摘 要： | 利用有限元方法计算了GTEM室内二维截面上EUT对特性阻抗的影响,比较了金属EUT接地和不接地2种情况下对GTEM室特性阻抗的影响;分析了EUT为介质材料时,EUT的相对大小对GTEM特性阻抗的影响。计算结果对使用GTEM室进行测试具有较高的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The ETU influence on characteristic impedance in GTEM Cell two-dimensional cross section is calculated by using FEM. The influences on the characteristic impedance in GTEM cell induced by grounding and un-grounding metal EUT are compared.The relation of the characteristic impedance with the EUT relative size is discussed when the EUT is a dielectric material. The worthful reference is presented in this paper for GTEM Cell measurement. |
