连续激光辐照InSb的热损伤研究

摘    要:在建立高斯型连续激光辐照半导体材料InSb物理模型的基础上,采用解析解的形式计算了圆柱形InSb靶板的三维温度场。通过数值分析得出了在连续激光辐照时,InSb发生的是熔融损伤的结果,并计算出相应的损伤阈值。对理论计算与实验结论进行了比较,验证了理论模型的合理性。

Abstract:In this paper,a physical mold of semi-conductor material InSb irradiated by high-power CW Gauss laser is established.The temperature distribution of InSb is studied by the solution of a 3-D model of heat conduction by high-power CW Gauss laser. The relationship between the max power density of damage threshold and irradiated time by high-power CW Gauss laser is presented.The study shows that thermal damage occurred on the surface of meeting laser at first,and higher power density CW laser,less time is required.By comparing conclusion of theoretical mold with experiment,it shows that theory is correct.At last,a solution of resisting and reinforcing for the laser is suggested.
