椭圆状裂纹应力强度因子确定及抽油杆疲劳寿命预测

摘    要:借助实验数据和公式逼近得到了带有椭圆状裂纹,承受拉-拉载荷的抽油杆的应力强度因子。将此应力强度因子代入Paris公式,即可预测抽油杆的剩余疲劳寿命。计算表明,当抽油杆上初始裂纹尺寸α_0<1.90mm时,预测疲劳寿命与实验值可较好地吻合。

Abstract:Abstract A new method computing stress intensity factor of a elliptical crack in sucker rods subjected to tensile loading is proposed. Substituting this stress intensity factor into Paris expression obtained by experiment, a prediction of remaining fatigue lifetime for a sucker rod is calculated. If a initial crack size(a0) in sucker rods is shorter than the size about 1.90mm, the predicting lifetime will show a good agreement with testing lifetime.
