| 摘 要： | 研制了一种以可编程控制器 (PLC) 作为控制单元的单轴控制台。这种单轴控制台有效控制了静电放电(ESD) 模拟器空气放电电极的运动状态, 为ESD测试实验提供了一种新的手段, 并与手持放电方式进行了实验比较。

| Abstract: | A kind of single axle console with control unit of programmable logical controller(PLC) is introduced.The console is characterized by the convenience including simple structure,high reliability and low cost,in addition to a short development cycle.With this console, different moving state of electrostatic discharge(ESD) simulator discharge electrode is precisely controlled.ESD tests are carried out in the ways both with console-control and hand-holding manners of electrode moving mode.The relative comparisons are presented also. |
