模糊控制在循环流化床锅炉床温控制系统中的应用研究

摘    要:由于循环流化床锅炉床温控制系统具有大滞后、多变量、强耦合等非线性特性,其控制系统比较复杂。为了解决复杂控制系统难以控制的问题,采用模糊控制理论进行锅炉床温控制系统的设计,并应用MATLAB软件对模糊控制系统进行仿真。仿真实验结果表明,与传统的PID相比,采用模糊控制策略,系统的响应速度快,控制精度高。

Abstract:As the control system of the bed temperature in circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler has such nonlinear characteristics as long time delay, muhivariable, and strong coupling, the control system is rather complicated. In order to solve the problem of complex control system, the fuzzy control strategy is adopted to design the control system of bed temperature in CFB boiler. The MATLAB software is applied to simulate the fuzzy control system and the traditional PID control. Compared with the traditional PID control, the simulation experiment result shows that the response speed of this system is quicker and the control accuracy is higher.
