弹底引信许用旋卸扭矩的可靠性设计

摘    要:分析了弹底引信旋卸时的应力分布特点,给出了应力分布规律已知时,引信不发生破坏的可靠度与最大许用旋卸扭矩之间的函数关系式,并将此式中的积分区间化为有限区间,使之能够用数值积分的方法求解。当应力分布规律未知时,假定所有被旋卸的引信都承受了同一最大应力,这样根据应力-强度干涉模型即可方便地求出其可靠度或最大许用扭矩。这两种计算方法也适用于其它螺纹连接件的旋卸可靠性分析。

Abstract:In this paper, the stress distribution of the fuze, when unloaded from the bottom of the cannonball, is analyzed. When the stress distribution is known, the function of the allowable torque and the possibility of fuze cracking is expressed, in which the integral region is translated to a definite region, and which can be solved by means of numerical integral. When the distribution is unknown, it is supposed that all of the unloaded fuzes are subjected to the same maximum stress. Then according to the stress strength interference model, the possibility of fuze cracking or the maximum allowable torque can be conveniently obtained.
