| 摘 要： | 静电放电模拟器空气放电方式涉及到外部火花通道的形成过程,模拟器放电电极接近被测物体的速度、环境温湿度等因素都导致其放电电流重复性差。为此,研制了能够自动控制ESD模拟器放电电极渐进速度的空气放电装置,并且应用向量夹角余弦相似系数方法,将自控式模拟器空气放电与手动式放电电流波形的重复性进行了定量分析和比较研究,得出了机控的ESD电流波形重复性好的结论。

| Abstract: | It is associated with the forming process of arc channel for the air discharge mode of an electrostatic discharge simulator,and the repeatability of discharge current is influenced by some factors such as the approaching velocity of the discharge tip of simulator,ambient temperature and humidity. For this reason,the air discharge set-up which can auto-controls the velocity of the discharge tip of simulator is developed.Using the similar coefficient method of vector angular cosine,quantitative analysis and comparative investigation are performed on the repeatability of discharge current between manual and self-controlled simulator air discharge.Self-controlled simulator air discharge has better repeatability than manual mode. |
