某型引信压电陶瓷加速老化试验

摘    要:压电陶瓷作为压电引信的关键元件,其贮存可靠性至关重要。为研究贮存对压电陶瓷性能变化的影响,进行了历时176天的某型引信用压电陶瓷加速老化试验。根据试验结果研究了陶瓷的压电参数随试验条件和老化时间变化的规律,探索了压电陶瓷的贮存可靠性和可靠贮存寿命。

Abstract:The piezoelectric ceramics takes as the key element of piezoelectric fuze, its stor-age reliability is very important. In order to research impact of storage on performance change of piezoelectric ceramics, the accelerated aging test has been conducted for 176 days. On the basis of results of test, the change rule of performance parameter for piezoelectric ceramics changed with the test condition and aging time is researched, the storage reliability and reliable storage life of pizoelectric ceramics is explored, and some preliminary conclusions are obtained.
