| Abstract: | Scientific management and science technology are the basic elements and the new essential of increasing battle effectiveness in modern army . According to the impersonal rule of forming battle effectiveness of new ordance, the essentiality and the fundamentals of strengthening scientific management of ordnance are expatiated, and the basic way of constructing the inaugurating engineering of such management is brought forward. |
