| 摘 要： | SHS离心机是自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬复合钢管的关键技术之一。介绍了JS-1型SHS离心机的组成与结构特点,简述了在设计制造中的几个主要问题。实践证明,该机可成功地制备内径为50～200mm、长度在100～2000mm之间的中小型陶瓷内衬复合钢管。

| Abstract: | SHS centrifugal machine is one of the key techniques for producing ceramic - lined pipes through Self - Propagation High Temperature Synthesis. Based on works of designing Model JS-1 SHS centrifugal machine, the structure and operating characteristic of the machine have been introduced, and several main problems as well as soluble methods have been interpret-ed. It is proved from the practice that the machine can be used to satisfactorily produce ceramic -lined pipes of the core diameter between 50~200mm length between 100~2000mm. |
