具有在线测量功能的三工位紧塞具压入机设计研究

分析目前使用的药筒紧塞具压入设备的缺点和不足,研究在线测量药筒实际装药高度的方法,提出在线测量药筒实际装药高度,同时根据装药高度控制紧塞具实际压入深度的设计思想,设计了一种具有在线测量功能的采用并行工作方式的三工位药筒紧塞具压入设备。该设备具有自动化程度高和能够精确控制紧塞具压入深度等特点。

The Designing of a Three Operating Position Gas Check Press with the Capacity of On-line Measurement

In this paper the main shortcomings of gas check press which is used at present are analyzed. Then an on-line measurement method which can measure the height of the cased charge is studied and a new kind of design idea which can measure the height of the cased charge and then press the gas check into the cartridge case is put forward. Based on the above results, a three operating positions gas check press with the capacity of on-line measurement is designed. It has such advantages as higher degree of automation and accurate control of pressing depth.
