| 摘 要： | 在构建出评价指标体系和确定指标权重的基础上,将物元理论引入到装备质量监督业绩评价中来。通过确定被评价物元和标准物元,以关联函数为纽带,得出装备质量监督业绩水平,为装备质量监督评价提供了一种新的科学方法。

| Abstract: | Matter element theory is adopted for equipment quality surveillance performance evaluation,based on the indexes system and indexes weights conforming.It gains the equipment quality surveillance performance level by confirming the matter element being evaluated and standardization matter element and designing the relating function.It gives a new method for equipment quality surveillance performance evaluation. |
