摘    要:提出一种多整转副平面连杆机构在屏幕上连续运动的简便算法,这种算法的分析策略是把整个机构逐步分解为单构件和二杆组这样一些基本单元,通过对这些基本单元的求解得到整个机构在任意瞬时的位置,具体方法是建立相对坐标系,通过坐标变换求出结果,与通常采用的解矢量方程或极坐标方程的方法相比,新算法既不受杌构复杂程度的限制,又可避免求解结果的多值性和由此引起的繁杂的象限判断过程,从而可提高运算效率和模拟效果。

Abstract:The paper discribfcs a new algorithm for plane linkage mechanisms that have some all-round kinematic pairs to move continuously on screen. The principle of the algorithm is to divide a mechanism into some basic units of one or two components, We can obtain the position parameter of a mechanism at any moment by solving these units. Compared with common method to solve vector polygon, the algorithm avoids complex quadrant judgement caused by multi-solution, therefore, the calculation efficiency and simulation effect can be improved greatly.
