电磁轨道炮电感梯度影响因素分析

摘    要:利用Ansoft Maxwell 14.0有限元分析软件,在考虑和不考虑电枢2种情况下对简单电磁轨道炮电感梯度的影响作对比分析,得出计算电感梯度时有必要将电枢的影响考虑进去的结论.为提高增强型轨道炮的电感梯度,分析不同轨道间距、厚度以及不同炮口宽度对2种增强型轨道炮电感梯度的影响,得出电感梯度随轨道参数变化的规律.

Abstract:A proj ectile can be accelerated to hypervelocity by electromagnetic railgun.But the inductance gradient of a simple railgun is only about 0.45μH/m.It is so small that the railgun can hardly reach hypervelocity without erosion.The influence of the armature on inductance gradient of a simple railgun is analysed by using software Ansoft Maxwell 14.0,and the conclusion that it is necessary to take the influence of armature into account is gotten.To increase the inductance gradient of the augment railgun,the influence effect of the inductance gradient on augment railgun is analysed,such as the space between rails,the thickness of rails,and the muzzle width of the augment raligun.The inductance gradient changing rules as the rails parameter changing is obtained,which have some significance to increase the inductance gradient of the augment railgun in engineering practice.
