| Abstract: | Abstract： In this paper, a food-limited predatory-prey model with Holling type--lll functional responses is studied. The local stability of each of feasible equilibria of the model is established. By using the qualitative theory of ordinary differential equations, it is proved that if the positive equilibrium is unstable, then the proposed model has a unique limit cycle which is stable. |
