| 摘 要： | 某军品的黄铜锻件在生产过程中产生了一种凹坑腐蚀缺陷。用金相方法对其显微组织进行研究,确定该组织缺陷由外氧化皮、内氧化区和脱锌带三部分组成,得出产生该缺陷的根本原因在于锻件酸洗时造成了缝隙腐蚀。

| Abstract: | In the production process a kind of caved defect appears on the surfaces of forgingbrass components for an ordnance equipment. The microstructure is investigated by the opticalphotography technique. The experiment results show that the defect consists of three layers,i. e. outer oxide layer, inner oxide zone and dezinc band. Crivice corrosion is the principal, cause for the caved defect. |
