摘    要:本文利用MCS-51单片机和白行设计的光栅式光电传感器构成了位移、速度、加速度测试系统,讨论了充分利用单片机软、硬件资源对光电传感器信号进行采集和处理的技巧,并对测试信号进行了软件抗干扰设计,系统测量范围是:位移>2mm,速度为0.0305~2000m/s,通过配用相应的传感器也可测量角运动信号,本系统已成功地应用于“轻武器后座参数综合测试仪”上,

Abstract:We designed a testing system for measuring displacement, velocity and acceleration using single chip computer MCS-51 and photoelectric transducer. Techniques are discussed which use software and hardware of single chip computer to acquire and process photoelectric transducer signal efficiently. Software is compiled to reject disturbing signal. Its measuring range is displacement>2mm, velocity 0.0305~2000m/s. It can be also used in measuring angular motion. We have used this system in "light arms recoil parameter device" successfully.
