| Abstract: | The fundamentals and structure of an electromagnetic probe for measurement of HPM is described in this paper. The design's theoretical data and calibration procedure and the results of this kind of probe are given. It is characterized by its capability of carrying much higher power of microwave, good airtightness, simple structure and easy operation. It is an effective and practical way to measure the peak power of HPM. |
