石英微陀螺的机械耦合问题研究

摘    要:通过研究石英微陀螺的机械耦合误差,对理想和非理想陀螺进行了机械建模和分析,推导出了微陀螺的敏感输出信号和机械耦合的关系公式。通过仿真,讨论了机械耦合与陀螺各参数之间的关系和相互影响程度。

Abstract:The mechanical coupling of micromachined quartz gyroscope was studied and modeled,the relationship between output signal and mechanical coupling of gyroscope was derived by comparing and analyzing ideal and non-ideal models.The influence of mechanical coupling on parameter of gyroscope was demonstrated by simulation.
