| 摘 要： | 理论上分析了一种利用全息光栅作为传感器的光电检测方法；从应用角度出发给出了检测光路结构，并进行了详细的误差分析，这种方法具有结构简单，精度高等优点。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses a new photoelectrical method to measure displacement by using hologrophic grating as sensor in theory. The measuring optical system is presented from the practical view and the error is discussed in detail. The method has advantages of simple structure and high precision. |
