光纤陀螺输入轴失准角的温度特性

摘    要:光纤陀螺的输入轴失准角温度变化特性是光纤陀螺惯性系统正交校准所面临的主要难题。提出了一种有效地消除输入轴失准角测量误差的测试方法;对三只椭圆环结构的光纤陀螺进行了输入轴失准角温度特性研究。结果表明,三只椭圆环光纤陀螺的输入轴失准角分布比较集中;此外,椭圆环光纤陀螺的输入轴失准角随着温度变化呈非单调的曲线变化,高温过程的变化速度相对较快。该结论对光纤陀螺环制作工艺的改进提供了测试依据,并有助于惯性系统正交校准的温度补偿技术研究。

Abstract:In the application, input axis misalignment angle of fiber optic gyro produces cross-coupling between sensitive axes which are orthogonal to each other in the inertia system. With the uncertain factors of frame processing and winding techniques of optical fiber ring, input axis misalignment angle changes with temperature changing, and the result error in inertial system is difficult to correct. First this paper put forward a kind of effective test method, which can eliminate the measurement errors, about input axis misalignment angle. Then this paper studies the temperature characteristics of input axis misalignment angle of three home-made fiber optic gyros with elliptical optical fiber ring structure. The study found that, with the change of temperature, the input axis misalignment angles of the fiber optic gyros with elliptical rings have the cyclotron changing trend, relatively fast speed of changing in high temperature and comparatively concentrated distribution etc. This paper aims to provide reference to improve the manufacturing process for optical fiber ring. At the same time, it will help to carry out the compensation technology research about system angle error of the inertial system.
