间隙电容耦合的微带圆盘腔滤波器

摘    要:本文提出一种间隙电容耦合的微带圆盘腔带通滤波器。它与平行耦合线型微带滤波器相比,谐振器的 Q 值比较高,带内插损低,适于窄带工作,电性能得到改善。这种滤波器比介质腔滤波器积体更小,且便于平面集成,寄生通带距主通带较远,适宜大批量制作。本文在理论上解决了有屏蔽盒条件下微带多导体系统的主电容与间隙电容的计算方法,为该滤波器的分析与综合奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:In this paper a microstrip disp disk cavities bandpass filter using gap capacitances coupling is proposed and tested.The advantages of this filter are its excellent electrical performance,Small sizt,higher quality factor Qand lower insertion loss in the passland.This filter is suitable for planar in tegration and its spurious passfands are far away from the main passband.Here a theoretical evaluation of the main capacitances and gap capacitances in a shielded microstvip tahiti-conductors system is accomplished. Thus the foundation for analysis and synthesis of this filter is estallished.
