| Abstract: | We have developed the SC-3466 high-speed HF modem whose data rates range from 50 to 2400 bits per second.The versatility and speed of the SC-3466 make it suitable for a variety of applications.In this paper,the design and implementation of the code-decode,interleave-d(?)interleave techniques used in the system are described in detail. |
