基于人眼视觉特性的盲图像质量评价

摘    要:文中针对含噪图像的质量评价,提出一种基于人眼视觉特性的盲图像质量评价算法。利用人类视觉系统的对比度敏感函数对空间域的噪声检测结果进行加权,得到符合主观评价结果的盲图像质量评价值。利用L IVE图像库的评价图像和主观评价值对算法进行了仿真验证。仿真实验结果表明,该方法具有无参考、运算复杂度低、主客观评价较一致等特点。

Abstract:A novel blind image quality assessment method based on property of HVS was proposed to evaluate the quality of noisy image.The algorithm exploits the important property of HVS,the contrast sensitivity function,to weigh the noise detected from image spatial domain and get the blind image quality measure.The method was tested and verified by using the LIVE image database.The simulation results show that this algorithm is blind,less complex,and more consistent with subjective image quality assessment.
