润滑剂生物降解促进剂:概念提出与效能评价

摘    要:借鉴环境微生物工程的有关技术原理,提出了改善润滑剂生物降解性的添加剂即生物降解促进剂的新概念.以月桂酰基谷氨酸作为润滑剂生物降解促进剂,通过对促进剂影响矿物润滑油生物降解性的效能评价,证实月桂酰基谷氨酸可显著改善润滑油生物降解性并提高润滑油生物降解速率,表明润滑剂生物降解促进剂概念的提出思路科学,技术可行.

Abstract:Based on the technical principles of environmental microbiological engineering,a new special concept,lubricant biodegradability enhancer,is put forward,which is defined as any chemical material incorporated in finished lubricants for the purpose of improving their biodegradability.Lauroyl alanine is formulated into unreadily biodegradable lubricating oil as a biodegradability enhancer,and the effectiveness of lauroyl alanine in boosting biodegradability of the oil is evaluated.The results indicate that lauroyl alanine markedly improves the biodegradability and enhances the biodegradation reaction rate of the lubricating oil,demonstrating that the idea of lubricant biodegradability enhancer is scientifically reasonable and the promotion of biodegradation of lubricants by biodegradability enhancers is thus technically doable.
