摘    要:近年我国修建了越来越多的混凝土结构超大建筑物,我国混凝土规范(GB50010--2002)第9.1.1条规定伸缩缝最大间距55m。但由于建筑的需要,在设计中经常出现不设或少设伸缩缝的情况。若不采取处理措施,将出现大面积开裂。钢筋混凝土结构开裂与混凝土自身干缩应力及水化热所产生的温度应力有关。介绍了通过采用SY—G型高性能膨胀抗裂剂配制成补偿收缩混凝土来解决混凝土冷缩和干缩问题的方法。在建筑施工中使用该方法能有效控制地下室及裙房的楼面屋面钢筋混凝土结构裂缝,并加快施工进度.缩短工期。

Abstract:China has built more and more super-concrete structure buildings in recent years. Norms in our country ( GB 50010--2002) ,paragraph 9.1.1 specifies that the maximum distance between joints can not be more than 55 meters. However, due to the needs of the architecture, in many cases, there is no or less expansion joints in the design. There will be large cracks if no steps arc taken to deal with it. The cracks of reinforced concrete structure are related to its self-shrinkage stress and temperature stress which is generated by hydration heat. By using SY - G-type high performance expansion of anti-cracking agent to put up shrinkage-compesating concrete, the paper introduces a way for solving the shrinkage-compesating concrete shrinkage and drying shrinkage of the concrete problems.
