气泡混合轻质土的吸水特性和抗冻融循环性能

摘    要:利用自制的高效复配起泡剂,制作了气泡混合轻质土试样,探讨了吸水性与轻质土密度的关系,评价了气泡混合轻质土的抗冻融循环性能。试验结果表明,随着浸水时间的延长,轻质土吸水逐渐达到饱和,试样的密度趋向于一个稳定值;气泡混合轻质土由于气泡的作用,具有一定的抗冻融性能,因而在冻融循环环境中使用气泡混合轻质土是可行的。

Abstract:Foamed cement banking(FCB) is prepared with high-effective composite foaming agent.The relationship between water absorption performance and the density is discussed,and the frost thawing resistance of foamed cement banking is evaluated.The results show that with the protraction of the founder time,water absorption quantity of FCB gradually reaches saturation,and the density tends to achieve a stable value.The paper indicates that it is feasible that FCB is used in the environment of frost thawing resistance cycle because it has certain forst thawing resistance to the role of bubble.
