| 摘 要： | 自行设计研制了机电一体化小型制脂装置，该装置具有无级变速控制转速、带有刮边装置、自动控温等特点，可防止手动制脂搅拌的不均匀，其制脂的工艺过程（与手动制脂比较）与润滑脂生产过程更加接近，有利于进一步中试放大及批量生产。利用此小型制脂装置开展了复合锂钙基脂的研究，探讨了组成配方、工艺条件对复合锂钙基脂性能的影响，制备出的复合锂钙基脂具有良好的高温多效性能，且成本较低，具有良好的应用前景。
